Slate Ultra Milk Shake, 30g Protein, Chocolate, 11 fl oz, 4 Pack

I was looking for a more affordable protein shake and I've tried one and it's tasty and not thick like OWYN , and less expensive than Core Power and it's 30 grams of protein.

I follow a very restricted diet. No sugar, no gluten, etc. Sometimes i crave something sweet and chocolaty but i don't want all those artificial sweeteners. This product has sucralose which isn't that bad in comparison with others. The flavor is good, reminding me of Yahoo chocolate drinks. The upside is there's only one gram of sugar and 30 grams of protein. I heated it up for hot chocolate and it satisfied my sweet tooth! Give it a try!

I thought I would try it. I don't like it as well as I do core drinks. It's too thick kind of taste. We are going down. I just don't like it because it's too thick. The flavor is good if you like it thick like that or you want to add something with it milk or whatever to thin it out it's probably pretty good. I haven't tried it that way.

High protein and tastes really good. The low rating is because it's next to impossible to get it mixed throughly and so there's a clump of chocolate goo in the bottom. (You can't shake it or it will spray when it's opened). We have never found a way to mix unless you pour it into a shaker cup. We have only found this issue with the chocolate flavor.

Flavor is fine but the issue is that what I assume is the protein powder is all chunked up in a big mass at the bottom of the can. I've tried shaking it before opening and even keeping the can upside down for a while before drinking to loosen things up but it doesn't budge. The only thing I can think of to fix it is probably taking a straw and scraping the chunks free from the can then mixing them, but that is an absurd hassle to go through especially when I purchase these for ease of getting in some nutrients. Plus that feels like a sensory nightmare. This occurred with all 4 cans I bought. Overall, I don't think these are worth the price until the issue with the chunks gets fixed. I wouldn't buy them again, and I don't know if I would even take one for free.

This is the most vile, disgusting stuff I have ever seen, let alone tasted. It's like some kind of murky liquid with a very thick, slimy sediment in the bottom of the can that cannot even be poured out of the opening. I tried two different cans and then threw the others out.

1st time I bought these , they were great. The last couple of times , not so much. They stayed think and nasty at the bottom of the cans no matter how much we shook them. The taste and texture was smooth last year. So far this year , every one has been clumpy or chunky .... a big glob of yuck at the bottom of the can that doesn't mix!

I found this to be absolutely horrible. The first can I drank tasted very weak of any flavor even though I shook it well. 2nd can tasted a small bit better but at the end of the can a slug like slimey chunk of drink came out. No matter how much a shook each following can, I could not get the drink completely mixed. Had I not opened both boxes, I would have returned these. I checked the expiration date and the cans were not expired.

I got the chocolate and vanilla and was super excited to try from all the good reviews, however it tasted and smelt like spoiled milk, took one sip and felt sick all morning and tossed them all as well as got a refund.

I've bought this product in the past and had no issues. This time, it's like the product was thick at the bottom of the can. Even after shaking, I couldn't get some of the product out of the bottom of the can. Would not purchase again.
