I do struggle with insomnia and have a horrible sleep schedule. This has helped me so so much. It definitely puts me to sleep but I stay asleep I don't Ross and turn or wake up throughout the night I stay I'm REM sleep the whole night, and I give bonus is this doesn't give me strange dreams like most sleeping aids do. The ingredients are all clean so I don't feel guilty taking these. My husband is a miner and his sleep schedule is all over the place as well and they work great for him as well I'll definitely purchase some more!

The brand is also legit and believes in being transparent about what's in their products. It also isn't as expensive as other brands. Of course, always consult a doctor before taking supplements but I would definitely recommend them.

The overall taste of the capsules is not bad but waking up the next morning after taking these capsules has left me pretty drowsy and foggy.

Looking at the average price. I would think there are cheaper alternatives. Since I did not feel any effects, I can't speak to the side effects. There may be cheaper alternatives out there
