Sleep Complete

I've always struggled with sleeping soundly. Tossing and turning resulting with pain in my shoulders and my neck. Wake up feeling lethargic. With Better Sleep, I wake up rested with no pain in my neck and shoulders. I've been getting my BEST SLEEP EVER.

I needed to stop today as I placed an order for this product. I purchased my first bottle at our local health store (for a considerably higher price I might add) as my son has difficulty sleeping. He has tried so many natural products trying to help with this problem, but to no avail. The other day he commented that of all the things he has tried, this product seemed to do the best job. To me that says a lot and when I noticed that Swanson was carrying this product at a much lower price than I can get it locally, I had to place an order.

It works well for me. Often, I can't fall in sleep due to anxiety. This supplement helps me to relax and get sleepy. Works very quick due to being in a liquid form. Taste pretty good too. I like it! Just wish it will be a little cheaper.

I like that this is a liquid. I often take other sleep aids (sleep essentials, other herbs, etc) so I get tired of swallowing pills.

This worked to help me sleep but if left me groggy the next day. I tried using less - and didn't sleep. I've had sleep problems for years so have tried many natural products. I can't take regular doses of Melatonin because it gives me terrible heart beating nightmares. I finally found a liquid Melatonin (from Sundown Naturals) with a dropper. I take less than the regular dose and then a drop or two after a few hours sleep and do very well without grogginess. And my new product is way cheaper and available at my grocery store.

I ordered 2 and they delivered one after a month and charged me for two.
