I had one of these pillows about 15 years ago that I loved. It eventually wore out, and I had to replace it with something else. Now, I've found this one on Walmart.com, and it is very similar to the original one I had. Compared to the original, the memory foam side seems thinner and slightly more firm, at least until you lay on it for a minute, then it softens up. It would be a good pillow for back sleepers and also side sleepers who have a small/medium body frame. As far as durability, time will tell. But, 4 months in, it is holding up well so far.

I had one from over 10 years ago and now they have a updated inter pillow and its just as good as the old memory foam one but its gel.

So I bought this exact pillow back in 2023 and I absolutely loved it. I bought it off Amazon. Recently I went on a trip and forgot it in the hotel with no way to get it back. So I went on a hunt to find this pillow again and found it at Walmart. Amazon carries it too but they are out of stock. When I received the pillow from Walmart it seems a lot flatter than the one I had. So for that, I'm disappointed. The emery foam side is fine and seems to be the same as the old on but the filling side is not full at all. What I love about the pillow in general is that there is the memory foam side and then the filling side so you have two options. It's great for a stomach sleeper.

I bought a memory foam pillow made by the same company 15 years ago, I loved it but because it's old I wanted a new one and one just like it. I ordered two and neither was the same as before but I kept this one because I couldn't get it out to return it.

This is a thin unsupportive piece of crap! It is thin and gard as a flat brick. Absolutely no plush side (less than a 1/4" of fill) and the pungent odor from the foam is right out of box. But the foam is not as shown nothing but a flat hard thin brick no matter how you sleep. You'd get more support sleeping on cement. Do not believe any incentivised review as they are NOT honest. This pillow you can't even fluff up. My 8 yr old cut up foam pieces my pillow has more lift and fill than this new one. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Do NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

The concept behind the pillow is great—firmer gel on one side fiber fill on the other. Bought several of these —same brand—for the whole family years ago. The old pillows are twice as thick as this one. No support from the one side —just a very thin pillow. Reminds me of a cheaper pillow you have used for years that has flattened out. For the price I paid, I couldn't believe the quality was so bad. Don't waste your money.

Overall the pillow was put together well, however; it was very flat and too soft for me. It felt like I was sleeping with no pillow at all. It was returned.

Way to hard and gave me a headache

This pillow was a huge disappointment. Like the other reviewer, I have the old version from Sleep Innovations. Mine is probably 8 yrs old but still has great shape and firmness. This new version is paper thin (I can literally squish the foam entirely flat between two fingers). The foam has no support/structure and the fluffy side is like a pancake. The pillow is about half the thickness of my other generic pillows -- and I tend to buy thinner pillows due to neck problems, so that's a bold statement! Sad to see the poor quality. As for Walmart, it shipped and was delivered quickly, tracking was accurate, and I'm hopeful for a smooth return.
