Zipper for firmness is a nice feature
Pillow has a washable cover. It had to be washed to remove musty Mississippi warehouse odors. Pillow is firm when zipped. Pillow is semi firm when unzipped.

Excellent pillow
I like the firmness and loft of of the pillow. It has a zipper that compresses the pillow if you prefer a less lofty pillow.

Nice pillow but too firm for me.
I was looking to replace my 10 year old memory foam pillow. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. I enjoy soft pillows and this one was just a little too firm. If you like firm pillows you might like this one. I tried it out for 3 nights and every night I would wake up with stiffness in my neck.
