I use it wherever I sit. I even took it into the dentist office for low back support while in "the chair" for an hour. Very supportive. It is not mushy memory foam! Comes with a long strap for holding in place in car or wherever! LOVE IT!

This neck pillow gives just the right amount of support. Great product!!!
Had to remove much of stuffing as it was too firm for me. But now I have the stuffing and can add more if I need to. I have never seen that in a neck pillow and greatly appreciate that, Makes it very personally useful..
