normally I get hot and sweat at night this was great and helped stay cool all night. the washable cover is awesome and it is the right level for all sleep positions from propped up for snoring for my boyfriend, side and stomach

Awesome pillow super cooling. Great for the pain in my next. I had bought cervical butterfly pillow and did nothing but gave me more stiffnesses. I love the softness and firmness at the same time softness. Love the height which doesn't disturb with my neck or my head pushing my chin to my chest. I highly recommend this pillow I actually slept for the first time more than 4 hours yesterday with this pillow since 9/11 in NYC I lived there and been traumatized I'm in shock I slept so much yesterday!

When I received this it was rolled small and very flat. However after a few hours it plumped right up. It has been wonderful since. It is firm but not hard. No smell. And fits easily into my standard pillowcase. Im a side/stomach sleeper and it's the perfect thickness for me.

I am really enjoying this cooling pillow. It's very comfortable and the cooling effect is great when I first go to sleep. It really helps me settle in and stay cool throughout the night. I tend to switch between sleeping on my side and back and I've found that it stays comfortable in both positions without causing any neck strain. It's thinner than I expected so I use a thin pillow under it for comfort.

The pillow air up to around 5 inches width. It's soft but firm, which is great! I love its memory foam so it'll conform to me! So worth the price for such a great quality pillow!

I can finally say i found something i could not get behind or recommend. It was well packaged. no instructions, looking nothing like the advertised photo, its not very thick, i do not recommend this product.

Well it is not what I expected. It sat fora couple of hours like a flat tire so I contacted seller and was told give it time because it is slow recovery memory foam so 3 full days and it is finished. I must say it is not a 5" thick pillow, closer to 3 1/2" to 4" with a low spot in the middle. It is not uniform end to end or side to side really if that matters. It comes with a slick pillow case that is zippered for removal for washing. I have laid down on it and it is comfortable so I gave it 4 stars. Too bad it does not live up to the size stated.

I didn't anticipate us liking it this much. We have like five different memory foam brands and several types (sleeping pillows, neck pillows, back pillows, wedges, rings, inserts, and even butt pillows, lol) because my husband has spinal cord injuries and we both have musculoskeletal issues so I was excited to try this one out. I thought $40 was a little pricy for a standard size pillow (considering my current favorites were King size "cut up" memory foam that cost $40 each) but we were presently surprised. This pillow is a lot like the $100 ones (in shape and form) that we have but are way too high (these are probably like two thirds or so of the height) for side sleeping/keeping our necks in a comfortable position, plus this one is super conforming. I'm not really sure why people left such negative reviews. It's a much better height than our expensive ones and the cover is SO SOFT we actually couldn't even let it rest overnight to fluff up like we normally do with our memory foam items, and we're still using it without a pillow case because it's so silky and feels so nice, but the cover is removable/washable so I'm not too worried. It was so comfortable we actually slept on it the first night. It's been a couple days now (both nighttime sleeping and daytime naps) and I feel confident in our review. After a number of supposed "cooling" pillows I just think we may be too hot of sleepers to see a real difference. We've tried a number of different types with different "cooling" pads, gel areas, etc. and they don't seem to make a difference so I cannot really speak on that aspect but it definitely didn't cause any MORE heat so that's a good thing because some of them do- there's no "cool side" of the pillow to speak of. In any case, overall, we'd highly recommend trying this pillow to anyone who has the same issues/concerns that we do. I waited a few days to review to see if there'd be any kinks in our necks, pinched nerves, or the like, but so far we've been pleasantly surprised. We're considering investing in a King set when we can afford it!

Pillow is great support and stays nice and cool while sleeping. I really like the firmness but some might not like how firm the pillow is depending on preference. I really do like it a lot and helps me sleep great

Very firm. I was thinking since it was memory foam it would sink to the contours of neck, but it didn’t. It’s too hard and very uncomfortable.
