it was crazy to get the package in a night had to do what I had to do to fluff them up and put them in the dryer definitely put them in the dryer I'm about to do it twice I kind of like them they're not too bad but what a trip LOL

The product is a high quality product, with a ten year warranty. The customer service is amazing. We have found our pillow supplier for the houses and all the kids.

The pillows are pretty comfortable in general. Highly recommended! However, one of the pillows did not expand like it should.

The pillows come completely flat and should be allow to fill with air over the next 24 hours. I personally didn't think they filled as much as I had hoped and remained too flat.

I don't know about this product because it comes all rolled up tightly. It is a gift for someone and I have no idea what it looks like.

The description says soft. They are anything but soft. They're so overstuffed there's no way they would be soft.

It's been over 24 hours in the pillows have yet to deflate so I put one in the dryer to see if it would help and now it's completely lumpy. Terrible product will never buy again.
