I like that the Beauty Sleep provides a calming effect that allows me to fall asleep without knocking me out or making me feel like I've taken a drug. It doesn't make me drowsy. It just seems to relax me so I can fall asleep. I also seem to sleep better. I'm not waking up as much in the middle of the night. If I do wake up, I seem to fall back to sleep faster. It took a few days to start working. The first night it didn't do anything after taking 2 pills. The directions say you can take up to 4, but I take other medication, so I didn't want to take more than 2 without knowing what it would do. I've been taking 1 a night for about a week and I am very pleased. I am usually asleep within 30 to 45 minutes. That might sound like a long time to some, but for me it's great.
