Bed is great folded out and was ready same day to sleep on. I didn't require a box spring!

Worth the money! Firm and very comfortable. It was delivered at 3 and unwrapped at 6 and ready to sleep on by 10. It didn't have a strong chemical smell like I've experienced with other mattresses in a box. It is very heavy (we bought the king size). The mattress edge is reinforced so you won't dump off the side of the bed when you get up. I highly recommend!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is amazing! The medium-firm feel is perfect — supportive but still super cozy. I've been sleeping so much better since switching, and I wake up without that awful back pain I used to have. And as you can see… even my dog is obsessed. She literally claimed it as her own and knocked out like a rock. If that's not proof of comfort, I don't know what is! Highly recommend if you want real rest and serious coziness.

I bought this mattress as a gift to my brother for moving into a new place. WOW! I didn't realize just how great this mattress was. Obviously it comes shrink wrapped and you have to carefully cut the plastic open and let the mattress fill out. It is thick and heavy but ohhhh so comfy and fit perfectly on his platform bed

We returned our other mattress sold by walmart and got this one and BOYYYY am I happy we did. The other mattress we got was advertised as a firm mattress, $100 more expensive, and claimed to be hybrid. It was so uncomfortable and I hated it. We decided to get this one due to the reviews but were skeptical bc it was $100 cheaper than the other one we got. But I am so glad we decided to get it. It is SO comfortable, supportive, firm, and well made. I am a stomach and side sleeper and my back has never been so happy! This mattress is high quality, heavy, and super comfy. The edges don't sink when you sit on them, the pillow top part isn't too soft, and the mattress doesn't move when you do. We have had a $1k mattress that only held up 2 years and I wish we would have gotten this one then! Save your money on the big name mattresses and get this one!

This mattress was supposed to be firm. I have a similar mattress from Sleepmax that was advertised as firm and is actually firm. This one is just some foam over some springs. No support. Walmart customer service wasn't able to return it. I couldn't convince them that FedEx doesn't pick up fully expanded mattresses. This was one of the worst experiences trying to return it. All 6 agents I talked to failed to simply get it returned.

Take forever to receive and the 14" looks like a 12" bed very low and heavy,i have read reviews that say this bed helps with back pains thats why i decided to buy,lies still having my back pain also the bed comes with a little smell wish i could return this bed but i don't have the time or energy.

I don't like the firmness , not firm in my opinion, I feel like sleeping on springs only. and I have been trying to return it since October it's been about 2 months and Walmart will say they will send somebody to pick it up and they don't and when you call back they say the same thing over and over and over. So I'm stuck with a bad mattress and Walmart is not being honest with me. Unless you have a big truck to return it yourself to a Walmart, you might have the same horrible experience. My return window is about to end and Walmart will not return it or refund me

The mattress we received smelled of very strong chemical smell. The materials that arrived with the mattress told us the smell would subside within a few days. It did not. The company has a 90 warranty and I contacted them after 29 days to file for a refund. The company and Walmart have not helped me successfully get FedEX to pick up this king size mattress. I am so frustrated as they say they have a return policy but they make it impossible to return the product and get a refund.

Shipped and box beat up badly.This is shippers choice to use Fedex who also decided to just drop it on the sidewalk blocking people from use of sidewalk instead of putting on my porch and when its raining.This is shippers fault for using lazy shipping companies who hire lazy drivers that just dump shipments anywhere they want to claim they delivered to customers home but just dumped on sidewalk by delivery adress as they beat up the box so badly it shows contents through the busted up box.It is the shipper who chooses to keep using lazy shipping companies who cant handle packages properly.
