I order delivery much of the time and even though there is nowhere to write comments to describe your preference on certain items, I have always recieved tomatoes that are not ripe yet and that is key for me same for bananas. Great job shoppers and thank you so much!
a substitute for the tomatoes on the vine that I did order, two were great, two were mushy with no flavor. . . Obviously over ripe. your most popular tomatoes are the Italian pear, but next are On The Vine, you are out of stock far too much of the time.
I always order extra tomatoes because no one picks the ones you would pick for yourself. Lately the choices delivered are awful. This morning, out of 4 tomatoes, only one is ripe. That are all hard and yellow. I guess that is better than all bruised!
This old Oldie has his tomatoes and, groceries delivered. I think I'm observing two things. These are fresh , almost ripe, (still a little hard and not fully red ) tomatoes. So, are they good? They are not bad but not a full ripe tomatoey taste. They do ripen a bit on the counter but I haven't got one that I am raving about. Maybe you'll do better in person. I think the small ones in the packages are better. (Grape and Cherry) You got it! Hot house?
It’s upsetting to pay almost one dollar for a tomato and receive a really smushed and bruised one. Not nice! It’s like wasted money. Am i not a valued customer?!
I ordered slicing tomatoes at 1.35 each. I received Roma tomatoes at 0.24 each. Please refund my account. I spend thousands of dollars each year on groceries from Walmart and often find problems with products.
I love these kind of tomatoes but please make sure the associates doing pickup orders please look at the produce items before putting them in the order. Dissapointing to get mold spots on food
I ordered slicing tomatoes but what I received was Roma tomatoes. Romas are great for cooking or salads but not for sandwiches. I love the concept of home delivery but if your shoppers doesn’t know their produce please have someone else to do produce shopping. I have a sick husband and visitors coming in and out. I can’t leave home to go to the store. This is why delivery is a great service for me. I love this service but I’m getting disappointed in the service at Walmart. I have never had an issue with my Kroger produce deliveries; only Walmart. And it doesn’t do any good to complain, because it keeps happening!!! I love Walmart but I can’t keep wasting my time or money!!! Please train your pickers better!!! You have Academies so PLEASE USE THEM TO TRAIN YOUR PICKERS ON PRODUCE!!!
I asked for 3 tomatoes in the Roma brand which are smaller and slimmer in size. Upon being notified that it was unavailable, I sent a message to my shopper Tremaine about substituting with the 3 count package of tomatoes that Walmart sells in produce section. Unfortunately I received one big not so pretty densely red tomato at $1.27 before tax is added. I request a refund as I didn’t receive the tomatoes as stated to online shopper in the chat option.
Ordered two slicing tomatoes and it looks more like two cherry tomatoes. This was supposed to be feed a family of 10 for tacos now I have to make another trip back to the store to get something that’s usable.
