I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Sliick by Salon Perfect - Salon Perfect Sliick Buff & Brighten Ingrown Rescue Kit and I must say it exceeded my expectations. This kit is a complete game-changer when it comes to tackling ingrown hairs and achieving smooth radiant skin. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed using this body mitt and also the brightening serum on my body. I used as directed. I first used the mitt and exfoliated my skin and then used the brightening serum. This serum had a wonderful pleasant scent and after using the mitt and the serum my skin was left soft and smooth.

I know this is used for waxing but I also use this before shaving. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't irritate me or at least it didn't the first time I used it. I do see a difference even after the first use but it's just an added step in your routine if you don't already use products like these.

This has been a live saver the last month!! I always get ingrown hairs in my bikini area and am embarrassed by it during swim season. So much so that I avoid wearing swimsuits. I have been able to shave and not worry about them!!! I will absolutely keep this in my routine.

This product is super easy to use! I love the mit that comes with it because I feel like that alone provides great exfoliation for my skin. The smell is really nice! I would definitely recommend this product and suggest sticking with it for a consistent month or two before you will see major results.

This product combats the appearance of ingrown hairs bumps dark spots hyperpigmentation and keratosis pilaris (condition that causes rough patches and small acne-like bumps on the skin). The pre and post wax treatment is 100% vegan cruelty and silicone free. The package contains 1 exfoliating mitt and dark spot serum. The serum is formulated with wu-bai complex vitamin C shea butter and coconut oil. If you're sensitive to coconut oil this probably isn't for you as it's very high on the ingredient list there's a decent amount in the product. First I let the skin soften in a bath or shower for at least 5 minutes and didn't use any soaps or lotions. Then I used the mitt which I dampened and squeezed excess water out of. I scrubbed my skin in circular motions with long firm strokes focusing on the areas I'm prone to ingrown hairs. I rinsed my body and the love with soap and water. The mitt is gentle and it did slough away some dead skin but it's not the best. It's recommended for to use the mitt every 1-2 weeks and it should be replaced after 10-15 uses. Also don't leave in the shower to dry it should be hung up to air dry to avoid bacteria. The serum was meh nothing special you apply it twice daily to ingrown hairs and hyperpigmentation I didn't see much different with this. The serum expires after opening 24 months. I think this is a nice set to start your ingrown hair journey but I don't think it's a necessary or must have product.

I absolutely love the buffing mitt. I use it on my entire body once a week and my skin is SO SOFT softer than I've ever felt after getting out of the shower with no product in my skin. I'm not sure about the brightening serum yet. I dropped it on my bathroom floor (which is where this product would be stored in most homes) and the rim around the dropped that screws in for secure storing broke immediately. I've used it on my skin after the mitt and shaving and can't say that it's prevented any redness spots I typically get. I will give it a chance as maybe it's something that helps over time but as of current it's not something I remember to reach for as there's no significant change.

I cannot say that this has really shown to work however possibly I need to use it longer. It does go on smooth and has a nice calm scent that is not overpowering. I'm also a fan of the ingredients in this product - anything coconut and shea butter are up my alley. So I gave it two stars for the pros but could not rate higher because I didn't see any positive impacts.
