I absolutely LOVE this phone case/wallet combo. The leather is soft, yet sturdy. I actually have a better grip while handling the phone than I had without the case. I was concerned it would be too bulky and awkward, but it actually is form fitting, allowing my hand and fingers to hold it securely and comfortably. The strap is an added bonus, allowing me to carry my phone like a purse, both over the shoulder or in my hands. I no longer have concerns about my phone being lifted from my cart while shopping. The buttons and charging port are easily accessible. The card holder is not so tight that I can't get my card out, yet tight enough that I am not concerned about it falling out. I've been using the card holder for several weeks, and don't feel as though that will change. I have dropped my phone twice onto concrete, and the phone was protected perfectly. I also don't see any damage to the case itself. The phone can be installed in the case with ease. No instructions were necessary, and it was installed in less than a minute. This definitely will make a nice Christmas or birthday gift for anyone who needs a phone case.
Convenient credit card slots and I don't lose my phone anymore or leave it places because it's strapped to me..and it's the only case that I have found that I actually like the way it fits my phone .nice and snug

The right side of the case has a section that sticks up and sometimes hits the phone's power button, shutting it off when the phone is folded. very inconvenient design.
its nice leather. but the phone doesn't clip in right and it slides up, so only the bottom part of the phone stays in place
The case will not stay on my phone the top part of it comes off and it also turns my phone off
The case was very cheap, it fit my phone awkwardly. Not worth it.
this case sucks its to big for my phone and bottom part hangs over. i dont like this case
