SlimFast High Protein 20g Energy Ready To Drink Meal Replacement Shake Coffee House Caramel Latte, 11oz, 12ct

I've had one of these shakes every morning for several years now, this exact flavor because it's the only one I liked for flavor. I was sad when they said it was discontinued but then so excited when they instead repackaged them and brought them back on the shelf. Tried one this morning and the flavor is 100% completely different. I guess I'm back to trying to find a different protein shake I can handle each morning. 😞

I've been buying the caramel latte and vanilla cream for a loonnng time. Not for weight control but for snacks and dessert. And I loved them. The Caramel Latte I recently received is apparently a new version packaged in a carton instead of a bottle and it tastes terrible! It just tastes like flavored water. And unpalatable flavored water at that. I'm not even going to try the Vanilla when it's in stock. I will never buy Slimfast again,

I loved the previous formula and loved the bottles they came in. I was constantly bragging about how good they were to friends and family. The new, "improved" formula is disgusting and to top it off, I despise the cartons they now come in. Officially looking for a replacement to drink since I won't be buying these anymore. So disappointed.

I HATE coffee but I LOVED the caramel latte Slimfast and have been drinking it for years because it was so delicious. The texture of this new formula is great (but so was the old formula) and I like the new packaging but those are the only nice things I can say about this revamp bc the flavor sucks now, its so AVERAGE when it used to be EXCEPTIONAL.

Over this summer I found out my favorite SlimFast drink of over 10 years (yes, I've been buying this flavor for over ten years) had stopped being produced. I read articles that said SlimFast was going out of business/being sold. I was devastated to say the least. I drink Slimfast for the protein, caffeine boost and not for the weight loss. Believe me when I say that over the summer I tried every protein drink out there that tastes like coffee/caramel/chocolate, etc. I searched for a replacement for my favorite protein drink, SlimFast Caramel Latte drink. I found nothing but settled for another brand as it was the only thing that I could stomach. Imagine my surprise when I found out that SlimFast was making my favorite drink again, but it was now in a different container. I ordered a case while at work Friday morning and it was on my porch by the afternoon. I looked forward to having this drink for my dinner. As I was pouring it into my shaker cup, I noticed the difference in the thickness of what I was used to with your caramel latte shake. I figured our hot temperatures might have affected it. Boy was I wrong! Imagine my shock and disappointment when I took the first few sips and realized SlimFast had changed the flavor/formula. I don't understand why they would do that. This drink tastes like straight coffee. I know I'm not the only person that has been purchasing this flavor for decades, so why fix something that was already perfect. This so called "new and improved formula" might be new, but it isn't improved. In fact, you have ruined it. I have been drinking this product for breakfast for the last ten years and now I'm back at square one having to look for another protein, energy drink. This formula change reminds me of when Coke changed their formula in the 80's and that lasted a few months before they realized their big mistake. Dear Slimfast, please reconsider going back to the original formula and let us know when you do because I know I'm not the only person who feels this way. Until then, my $ will be going elsewhere.

I have been searching high and low for Caramel Latte Slimfast drinks, as I have been drinking the same flavor for the last 5 years. I was surprised to finally see it restocked and in a different package. Let me be clear, it is not the same drink that I've been ordering for the last 5 years. It's an imposter that tastes nothing like the drink I've relied on for years. Super upset and am wondering why Slimfast has discontinued the original Caramel Latte, as it's the only one I like.

This Slimfast is labeled on the box as “Nee.” It does not taste the same in this square paper-like container. It tastes like drinking weak sweetened coffee. It did not lift my energy like the previous Slimfast did. I am returning. 20/protein content is not evident like it was in the previous round milk bottle looking container. Nor does it come close to tasting the same, which was better. Also the box is sealed so tightly that you can't get in it without taking a crowbar-like kitchen tool and breaking all your fingernails, trying to open the box. Frustrating.😵‍💫

I've been a slim fast customer for over 30 years! I am so disappointed this tastes awful and like chemicals and is in a horrible container that won't fit in cupholders, doesn't stay cold, etc. And now after being a loyal customer I am left to try and find something else that I can drink each and every morning. Why would you do this? After success all of these years? I used to recommend this product to everyone over the years from the powder, to the cans, to the bottles and now I can not. This juice box of a product is a definite “no” do not buy it. Bad taste. Bad functionality.

This version is disgusting. I want the previous version back. I drank 2 or 3 of those a day for a very long time, as meal replacements. On the positive side, you're saving me a lot of money. The new one is awful.

The new formula is terrible! They ruined what was the best protein shake they had. The new formula is too thin, not creamy like the original and it's not sweet at all. So disappointing!
