Love these, I have one every day as a meal replacement. They taste good and curb your appetite but they are becoming difficult to find in the Caramel Latte flavor, which is the only one I buy.

This is an example of why you should make sure that you read everything on a product. I saw 'Must be refrigerated after opening to maintain safety'. I missed 'served chilled' written around the cap on a bottle of the Creamy Chocolate RTD, so knew enough to put this in the refrigerator before opening. It has the consistency of milk, but the flavor of a vanilla milk shake just not quite as strong of vanilla flavor. The second example is that it has a warning on the bottle in TINY print (needed a magnifying glass) that says: 'If you want to lose weight & are under 18, pregnant, nursing, following a diet recommended by a doctor, have health problems such as diabetes or want to lose more than 30 lbs., see a doctor before starting this or any diet.' It works well for me as a prediabetic under a doctors care, who not only needs to lose weight, but watch my blood sugar. Your body converts carbohydrates to blood sugar. This product has 1 Net Carb, which means that it has 6 carbs and 5 of them are dietary fiber, which your body can't digest so has no effect on your blood sugar. It has 700 mg of potassium, which is needed by your muscles. I normally take a potassium supplement to keep from having muscles cramps. Won't have to while drinking this. It is lactose free (99.8%) and gluten free so it should be safe for those who have a intolerance to them.

I think these are the best protein shakes. I don't like super sweet or thick drinks. And that's why this one is perfect. All other meal replacement shakes are thick and taste like melted ice cream. Yuck! But this one is more watery and less creamy and it's not too sweet but still has good flavor.

I'm not a breakfast person, so I often use this as a meal replacement in the morning. Or during the day when I'm on the run and don't have time to eat a proper meal. Excellent taste and filling. When I'm home, I sometimes put it in the blender with ice and/or fruit for to make a smoothie. Great product for anyone who needs a tasty meal replacement whether trying to lose weight or not. Pricey and not always easy to find so when I do find it, I stock up. Especially, if it's on sale.

As somebody who's getting older and can't digest as much as I used to in conjunction with eating low sugar foods, Slim fast, high protein shakes allows me to maintain my nutrition and manage my other health challenges.

Great taste, excellent source of fiber and protein without high amount of carbs and sugar. Low amount of carbs and sugar. Perfect if u r watching your glucose levels Perfect if u don't have time to eat a full meal but need to put something on your stomach quickly until you can eat again

This helps curbs your appetite but the flavor is very bland and when you are eating less it would be better to have more flavor in a meal replacement shake.

I love SlimFast powdered drinks, so I was anxious to try the Ready To Drink bottles. I figured they would be so much easier to take to work, even though they are more expensive than the powdered SlimFast. Well… I have tried it and I can say that I will stick with the powdered SlimFast. I was curious to see if it was chalky tasting. No it wasn't that, but it was very watery tasting to me. It tasted like it was made with 1% milk or even water. It had a vanilla taste, but I didn't really care for the flavor. I do even PREFER VANILLA over any chocolate drink. I think I will stick with the powdered version of this vanilla drink. I'm so sad. It would have been a nice alternative if I would have liked it. If you like low fat milk products you may like this. I just prefer a creamier taste if I am sacrificing calories anyway.

I detest the fake sugar you use. It leaves a disgusting aftertaste that lingers. I checked before I bought it but did not see anything that names a fake chemical sugar. Shame.
