Tastes great for diet food and works well when used as directed and with exercise. Yes, we all have to exercise as well as cut calories to see results, but it's worth it!!! Every pound lost is a healthier you so even though it's challenging at times to want to keep going and we all struggle here and there when trying to lose weight, just get back into the routine for weight loss every time you struggle and the pounds will drop off in time! I am lactose intolerant and this is the only brand of meal replacement drinks that I have found. Also, I am allergic to chocolate and Wal-Mart is one of very few stores that I can find the vanilla flavor. Please continue to make this item available!

Slimfast High Protein Shake meal replacement is a quick alternative for my busy day. I have tried the protein powder options, but the always smooth texture and vanilla flavor of these shakes is simply the best option for me. (No shaker bottle to wash or clumps. The bottles are also recyclable, so no guilt either). With type 1 diabetes, the Slimfast High protein Shake can be a part of my healthy eating plan. My grown children also enjoy Slimfast High Protein Vanilla shakes as a quick healthy meal alternative. My advice is to purchase the eight pack or larger! lol

I have been drinking this for a very long time. In the early mornings, I am not really ready for breakfast so I drink one of these and it tides me over until I am ready to eat. I like the fact it has plenty of protein. Also if I am running late, I can just take one of these with me. Vanilla is my favorite. I never found that is helped me to lose weight.

These are good tasting but nothing like they used to be. I drink the 8 pack probably 3 times a year ( this being pack 1), and now its hard getting past them the first few sips. It literally catches you off guard even tho I know what to expect now. It's like a bitternes or something. But!! Im a drink them bc they are not that cheap. I haven't tried the other flavors and probably won't.

I have used this brand of protein rich slim fast for a while now and unfortunately the flavor now leaves a strong aftertaste that sits in the back of my throat. Very disappointing.

I bought 8 pack %26 all is out of date. Unbelievable that they can send me all product expired date
