i like this and always have some at my house. I add it to coffee in the morning and sometimes put a spoonful in my oatmeal. I gave some to my elderly neighnor and he likes it too. It has enough protein to help me be healthier and the taste is great. I usually get vanilla, but the chocolate is good too. I am slowly losing weight from using this too. I recommend SlimFast.
