This has really helped me with Keto because I hate cooking in the morning and this gives me all the nutrition I need and keeps me full until lunch. I mix this with unsweetened almond milk to make it even richer, but truthfully it's great without it too. Definitely my favorite way to start mornings now.

This stuff is really really good. I love chocolate and this flavor helps to satiate my sweet tooth. I've found the best method for mixing it is to use my personal blender. I blend the powder, water and ice cubes (I prefer mine more shake-like) for a good 90 seconds. It makes for a shake that tastes just like the pre-packaged ones. I also like to add 1 tbs. of MCT oil (which i got at my local walmart in the coffee section) in mine to add more fat to make it even more keto friendly. I literally drink a shake (with mct oil) around 7:30 in the morning and I'm not even hungry until 3 pm or later in the day. Since I started using this, my urges to always want to eat have decreased dramatically and it's really helping me to stay on track because it is very easy to fall out of ketosis. Will continue to buy.

love this flavor and it has no sugar. I mix mine in a Mason jar with unsweetened almond breeze milk and shake it up really good and have no powder residue..I just ordered 2 more and i have lost 22 pounds in 1 1/2 months. i now only use 1 scoop as I'm trying to get my fat down. 2 shakes a day and usually steamed broccoli with cheddar cheese sprinkles or baked chicken. the shakes fill you up..

One of my favorites! This with an apple and two bottles of water keeps me full and satisfied till lunch which is another shake and usely raw veggies. I love this product

I love it and the flavor. I am not a milk drinker so to be able to mix it with water is great. I have lost 10 pounds with this drink and have been using it for 2 months.

I am a chocolate lover so this was something I just had to try and I'm not disappointed. I did however use skim milk instead of water and I added my fiber just for good measure (only contains 2g of fiber). I'm more on a high protein diet so I wish it contained more protein- only 8 grams for every two scoops so I also added an extra scoop to the mix to get a little more protein in my shake. I use shaker cups but I think the blender would work best because its a bit gritty if you don't shake it up good. But it definitely taste like a fudge brownie so that's a major plus. Only has 9 carbs which is wonderful and no sugar which seems amazing because it definitely has a sweet chocolatey taste. I like it and will use it along with my other meal replacements because I like having a variety of shakes throughout my week.

It still seemed very clumpy after multiple times trying to mix it with water. Secondly it has a very strong sweet stevia flavour. I am not a big fan of alternative sugar and the stevia woz very strong. If you do not like The alternative sugar flavour than you won't like this
