This has actually helped me loose over 200 lbs. and keep it off. I started with 3 a day, then 2 a day and a year later I still have one for breakfast everyday. Love these.

I typically always need added energy so I normally drink a lot of coffee and energy drinks. These caramel latte advanced energy SlimFast shakes have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee to help wake me up and keep me going throughout the day. I was actually shocked with the first one I drank because it gave me so much energy that I just couldn't quit moving and accomplished way more than I typically do in a day. Plus they have added vitamins and minerals that are good for my body and are low in sugar and carbs which is great. The best part is that these actually taste really good with no weird chalky flavor like a lot of similar shakes tend to have. If you are looking for a good meal replacement shake or even just some added energy these are definitely worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely great taste, most of times I have heard that good food does not taste good but this energy shake beets all the odds “it Taste great and Healthy” Good creamy smooth texture and enough to kill hunger. I usually take this outdoors when I go for long bike rides. I tried cold and normal room temperature and I enjoyed both times. Opening the bottle is not difficult, it is very easy.

They have an excellent amount of vitamins, minerals, and caffeine which help give me energy and motivation to face my day. These are great for a quick breakfast shake on the go and also I like them as a late afternoon pick me up drink. The texture of the drink is smooth and creamy, these really go down easily. The flavor of the Rich Chocolate was good but I definitely prefer other flavors I have tried a lot better than this one. It just was not as chocolatey or as sweet as I expected it to be, it was a bit more bland in flavor. I do enjoy these quite well though overall. They do curb my appetite for a couple hours and help me to cut down on snacking. However, the flavor could use a little improvement.

I am a coffee lover, and the Slimfast mocha cappucino always hits the spot for me in the afternoon. I get the sugar cravings midday and instead of reaching for a sugary snack, I just grab a bottle if it. It does have a slight after taste that I do not like, but now and again I add almond milk and ice. Keeps me full till dinner, and it taste delicious in my opionion. I have been drinking one bottle everyday for a week, so it is working great! I received this product for free in exhange for my honest review.

Are all of vanilla and got chocolate

I don't know why the company has changed the test of the mocha cappuccino. It is horrible. It was the best tasting flavor and it was always my go to for a meal that sustained me for at least 4 hours. I was so satisfied. Now I am going to have to try to find something else. And I am also very unhappy with the increase in the sodium content.
