First off, the sleek design is what attracted me to the cheese knife. It was used with all types of cheeses an worked well with them. Cut through well from soft to hard cheeses. The tines at the end can be used to pick up a semi-soft to hard cheese, or a piece of cured meat or olive. It is sturdy and cleans easily. Looks nice on a cheese board.

Works well on hard cheese, sharp enough to slice easily, dishwasher safe and the handle is big enough to make it easy to use.

Fairly easy to slice cheese with. Definitely better than a regular knife.
