A bit of ambrosia
Ive put it on top fish, mashed potatoes, eggs. Both the pieces of truffle and the oil in which they are packed add a special burst of flavor and elevate an ordinary meal to delicious.

I bought truffle from a number of places but this stuff is what everything else gets compared to nowadays. It wins every time. The stuff is amazing.
