Slofoodgroup Vietnamese Cinnamon, Saigon Cinnamon Powder - 1lb

I originally bought this brand and size mainly for the competitive cost, but after it arrived and we tested it out on cinnamon toast (one of the family favorites because it's quick and easy) it wasapparent that this was a great purchase! The packaging says that this Vietnamese cinnamon is "sharp, spicy, and much warmer" than other cinnamon varieties. It went on to say that this is perfect for those who like their cinnamon to "bring the heat", so I wasn't sure if it would be too spicy. Would the kids think it's too hot? Am I wasting my money on something we wouldn't like? No worries - it's perfect. It definitely isn't bland, and everyone loves it! It's full-flavored and perfect in pumpkin muffins, sweet potatoes, and cinnamon rolls in addition to the cinamon toast. I highly recommend this tasty spice that you may also wish you'd found sooner. I like this product so much I gave my extra packet to my neighbor as a gift. I use my in coffee grounds when making coffee and on top of yogurt;

Thought very good as just don't think the regular cinnamon is very strong taste , this is stronger if you like cinnamon you will like it

This item was muck more flavorful than a common brad found in grocery stores.

I have searched all over for Saigon cinnamon and when I found it at Walmart I was so happy. It tastes like the cinnamon in the cinna-bun buns. Will be purchasing again %26 again. It is good for diabetics. Love it on tapioca. Do you carry it in the stores or just on-line?

Never used it before so it was fine for what I needed it for.

This is NOT quality cinnamon, where ever the supposed source. It is dry, with minimal taste or aroma. It seemed like fine sawdust that had a few drops of cinnamon oil sprinkled on it.

Don't buy!! You don't get what you ask for. And they do send, is very harsh! Had stomach pains for days. Tossed it out!
