Works great for my goats and donkey.
I used to use a a hay bag with a hole in the side, but it only held around 1 flake, and in the case of a horse stalled all day in the winter is not very efficient. It holds roughly 3 flakes, none is dropped or wasted, and keeps the horses constantly eatin
Some people have mentioned it breaking after two days. Mine came untied the first time I tried to use it. BUT, just re-tie it and you have a perfect hay net. I've been using mine every day for the entire winter and never had another issue. I'm buying

When I opened one of these nets, I was very disappointed. They are very poor quality - the strings are too thin, the knots weren't even tied and when I pulled some to tighten them, the holes went from 2" to 4". Not what I wanted at all. I sent them back.
