I love my tricycle although I have rode it yet because the weather is super cold, I hired Angi to assemble it and it looks amazing I can't wait to ride

The tricycle is fine, but the assembly was a problem because it was listed to the assembler as an adult bicycle, not tricycle, which, as he explained to me, is much harder to assemble, so took twice as long as the guy was prepared for. I don't know if that was Walmart's fault or Angi, the add-on service. I felt very sorry for Joel, who had to stay two hours longer than he was expecting.

My husband managed to put the bike together over the course of about 5 hours but it was certainly a task. Also, the chain does not appear to be long enough for changing gears - we will be reaching out to the company about this.

Likes- color, foldable Dislikes- Took my husband a solid 8 hours to assemble (for comparison, it took 2 hours to put together my daughter's Huffy) Bar present at step thru makes it more difficult to step thru for those of us short people Cannot get gear shifter to stay put which keeps you from shifting gears while riding In highest gear it can't make it up my driveway (has slight incline) and barely up the hump from the road to my driveway Basket is smaller than pic shows Gears slip while riding Contemplating returning but it's a pain to do.

The instructions included are unclear about how to do the chain there is only pictures and no instructions on how to put the chain on the shifter. After realizing the problem I tried to reach out to the seller and was unable to. I turned to Youtube for help and found better instructions. I like the bike but if you do purchase I recommend watching the video on youtube before putting it together.

very tipsy, extremely difficult to put together, customer service was very bad! Refused to replace the defective part %26 only supplied a tap to fix it. Again having it left to me to get it fixed!

Before you purchase this be very aware that this is not sold by Walmart nor will Walmart stand behind it, I purchased this tricycle my husband who is a mechanical engineer put it together he said that the cassette didn't line up, I contacted the company and they're just not going to give me a refund nor are they really going to help me at all. So I guess I'm stuck with a tricycle for $300 it doesn't work

Upon opening up the shipping box, we found some little “lost” parts just tossed inside without any packaging for them and already suspected some parts must be found missing later on. It surely did happen. The missing part(s) were chain magic buckles. I couldn't install the bike chain because they were missing.

I bought this bike in April there was too many parts and way too complicated still sitting in my other room not put together not sure if all the pieces are there now biggest waist of $300 and I bought the trailer to give my little one a bike ride probably will never use this ☹️☹️☹️ wish I could find the person you pay to assemble it when you order this

Where do I start? The bike come in absolute pieces. After finally assembling it it tipped over while riding. How? Its got three wheels. The break line snapped while trying to use the breaks and caused a big welt. The seat shifted while riding and I was almost impaled by the seat bar. Also no matter how tight the handle bars are they arent tight enough. To top it off I didn't even get the same bike as pictured. Im returning it. Do yourself a favor and dont buy this bike. Its not user error. I had a professional shop look at it. It is a complete lie.
