i purchased the assembly crew to come and set it up I will never do that again very poor service very poor communication and did not ever refund my money I do not Recommend Angie to anyone and will never do business with them O did finally hire my own person to install he leveled ground and set up in less then an hr and only charged me 60$ apoosed to (walkmart/angie) 98$. the hot tub itself is great, and we are loving it just turn down the heat during these hot days, and it is very relaxing highly recommend

east to set up and it gets hot fast

Can't figure the pump out takes three days to hit temperature

i'm very disappointed we can't use for the winter didint know u can't use under 32 degrees pipes might freeze so. ow i have to wait until spring

I have 1,930 gal. above ground “pool”. The model that we bought is for 2,000 Gal. takes days to get a little bit warmer water, low 70° if the temperature will be middle to high 70° outside temperature, must be 90° or higher outside temperature to have the pool water little hot. So, the heat machine can keep it warm, base with the air, but doesn't make hotter.

Heat won't work with well water and spa needs patching outta the box

Only worked 2 weeks now heater wont work and told I cant return product paid $454 for it

Purchased in Feb, because I waited too long last year and couldn't get it. Opened pool and hooked everything up May 18. Unit will not even power up. Found out it can't be returned now (too late)

Does not work…. Do not waste your money.
