I ordered gray. You sent me blue. Had I wanted blue, I more than could have chosen that for myself. Not only that? I'm handicapped %26 having knee surgery in a week. I can not return this and am stuck with this ugly blue pad. It matches nothing. A complete waste of my money. I read the poor reviews. I got suckered like so many other people. What bothers me most? Is how Walmart can allow this to continue. I'm a great customer who spends a ton of money and this vendor just ships, at will whatever color pad. Clearly ignoring shipping documentation. I'm so upset.
Very disappointing. Chair doesn't lay back smoothly, not comfortable to sit in.
