This slushie machine is great. Never thought it would be so easy to have soft serve ice cream at home. You have to play with the temperature settings a little to prevent brain freeze but otherwise it's really nice. If you plan for it to take a few hours to freeze or even over night then you will be pleasantly surprised.

As you can see it is very hot at this time If I didn't have this machine, I wouldn't know what to do, it is a great quality product , easy to use, as you can see you don't need ice, just put your juice, I really like and recommended it

I gave it 3 stars because I didn't use it. I was hoping to create slushy from my flavored waters. I found out by reading the 44 caution notes that I had to have at least 5% sugar in any drink for the machine not to freeze up. On a positive note you can substitute sugar with stevia. It's just not worth the money for me. I can't even use diet drinks.

i haven't been able to use yet . but it clearly shows what side up . has refrigeration unit. was on it's side. says deliver to front door. left way down by driveway. just out of surgery and cant get it inside my house. i hope works good after ill post. not happy with delivery at all. was on time though.

Very unhappy. Tried using 2 times and nothing but problems. My grandkids were looking forward to having a machine to make them some slushies. I think it's just a manufacturing problem
