Easy heat and serve, pretty. If microwaved, food cooks but dish is not too hot, easy to handle. Great size.

I did not get to use this item because it came to me broken. FedEx delivered it to my front porch broken. I called and talked to Johnny who was supposed to refund my money because FedEx didn't pick it up when they were supposed to return it. I still have not seen the refund on the Visa card where is it. he told me to just throw the item away since it was broken and he would felicitate the refund.
