save your wood stove
This grate fit perfectly in my Camp Stove. It keeps the logs off the bottom and aids in establishing a proper up draft.

Solid and heavy gauge material
I needed this for my woodstove to keep the hot fuel off the slide damper. It is perfect for the application and solid so there will be no metal fatigue for years.

Good But Needs Redesign in Middle
Looks good but I have not used it yet but many purchases say that it "bows and distorts in high heat or cracks" in one to three uses and needs low heat priming twice followed by one high heat to cure the iron grill. Others say it needes two support iron feet in the middle of the grate to resist warpage during high heat as it has four feet - two on each end when shipped and none in the middle. I have used furnace cement to glue firebrick pieces onto the middle of the rack to support it from warping during high heat log burning. "
