Do Not Buy This Hairbrush!
This may not be a safe product to use. At first, I thought that the chemical odor was coming from the plastic packaging material, but when I opened it, the nasty smell was coming from the brush itself! It was so strong that I had to throw the brush into the trash. I didn't even want to touch it with my hand--let alone use it on my hair. Why would strong chemicals be needed on a hairbrush? I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. (Someone failed to flag this as defective--or possibly dangerous-- during quality control.)
