They are not salty and the cut is perfect - just like at the restaurants. We like to eat them on their own as a snack or with any meal. I definitely recommend!

My children love these drinkable yogurts. I have tried others but the flip top no spill cap is why I only purchase these. It does create more waste plastic with the lid.. however, my kids are messy and the open tops had yogurt everywhere. It is worth it for your sanity.
