Smart Automatic Cat Litter Box, Self Cleaning Litter Box, App Control, Support 5G & 2.4G WiFi for Multiple Cats

This saves us lots of time! It didn't take our 7 month old kitten a long time to start using it. I empty the drawer every couple of days to avoid smells. Full cleaning the whole unit takes some time, so I wipe the inside every couple of days or as needed (Lysol wipes or Nature's Miracle wipes) to keep it tidy in between full cleanings. It's cute to see our curious kitten watch it when it's doing its cleaning cycle. Game changer! I strongly recommend!

I have three of these for Multiple Cats, in a two story house. I have been using two of the boxes for 4 months , and the third just recently. They have been easy to set up, and so far work very well, especially for the price. The cats took to them well. You still have to perform periodic cleaning of the main, rotating 'tub' inside and out, but the box disassembles and assembles easily. You can use them with or without the app (one of mine is not on wifi). The ones I use with the app are just easier, and you can change some of the timing. These do also have the safety function where the box will stop cleaning if some nosy cat tries to enter the box (I do have to restart it after, but am glad it has this saftey feature). I did have some trouble with a malfunctioning motor in one box upon delivery, but the company was VERY quick to help troubleshoot, send a replacement part, and guided me through the exchange with videos. Everything is working great now, and I can't say enough about the company reps (Takoyi) and their helpfulness to fix it. As I said, all are working great so far, and definitely can't complain about the price, as it does everything I was looking for, for cheaper than alot of them.

I really like this automatic litter box-my older cat won't use it, but my 2 kittens love using it-unfortunately, they also like playing with it while it is working. They have put the safety measures through the tests-the unit always stops if they get in while it is moving, so that is good. I have used an Littermaid self-cleaning litter box in the past, but this type of self cleaning litter box is far superior.

it's pretty much maintenance free. you just have to make sure it's has adequate letter and change the litter bag when it's full

I have used this litter box for several months now. it self cleans nicely. easy th maintenance and minimal litter tracking from it. down side is sensors are terrible and report incorrectly to app. litter lacks is always on, even if freshly filled to specs. i do use light weight litter, but the book doesn't say i can't. tray always says it's full even when freshly changed and reset. box works good, so i just manually manage it.

we only have 5g in our home, not 2.4 and 5g just 5g. ad says will on both but the control app will not work on 5g, only 2.4. it cleans and works ok but you have to push the button manually. it is quiet. Not sorry for getting it, but i wish the maker would list it right, saves a lot of time.

for the price it's ok does not properly sift the cats business more good litter goes into the bin than what's supposed to go in there if i wanted to scoop the litter I would have just gotten a litter box will most likely never buy again for the price you pay it should be doing what it was designed for

very unhappy with this litter box, it's constantly wasting litter, starting a cleaning process, and then stopping, and can't get it to go again with the app have to constantly reset it. It also doesn't always start cleaning after my cat leaves the box. or it will just clean itself without my cat not going in it and dumping all the clean litter into the dirty pan. I got this so I didn't have to scoop the litter box anymore, but at this point, it's a waste of money, and might as well go back to scooping the cat box.

Ordered this item and it got stolen off my porch! I let Walmart know and was told that I would be getting a refund in 6 to 12 hours and it's bee two days now and still haven't got my money back! I want to reorder this item but I need my refund!!

Do not purchase this. Auto cleaning does not work and it did a clearance mode all on it's own (dumped all the clean litter). Manual is incomplete - not whole sentence.
