i still prefer the original "smart balance" butter though i wanted to try the olive oil version to make sure. In years past, i bought the great value unsalted sweet cream (butter). What made me change was being in the hospital several times in 2025 for heart-related issues. When they served a meal, it always included a small sample(s) of the brand smart balance. I tasted before checking out the nutritional value label and to ensure there were no bioengineered ingredients. That's something companies hope you don't see on the label. If you don't know what bioengineering in food ingredients is and how it could affect you, I'd suggest you Google or Bing as much info as you can. Personally, i prefer as much natural/organic ingredients as possible. Anyway, i spread Smart Balance on vegetables and bread (toast) typically.

This product is for those of us that can't eat butter anymore. This is gives a better side of butter that still tastes good, and won't mess with any health issues, which is awesome.

You better believe these are good! And for the price they’re even better! Just as good as the name brand I’ve had both this one’s a quite a bit easier on my pocketbook! I never realized how good these were till I throw them in the toaster and let them almost burn. They were so good and crispy with the egg and ham and cheese. I put on it! better than McDonald’s.!

I always buy this product from Walmart because the price is so good. The product is healthy and without soy which is important to me. The taste is great and I use it for cooking and baking.

This actually tastes surprisingly good. I started using it as an alternative to real butter because of high cholesterol and I was surprised at how good it tastes.

good taste spreads easy olive oil is definitely a plus with the Omega-3 definitely better than normal vegetable oil margarine if you're going to buy margarine yeah this is the way to go.

I use this butter brand in all my cooking. this magarine has olive oil and tastes very different from original. I do know about high cholesterol so this a good choice for my life. it is a creamy spread that tastes all right on breads and hot pasta. good choice

they must have made changes in their product, its horrible, it has a very strange taste, almost like plastic. I tried to reach out to the company, but no luck. I'm very disappointed. it was tasty, in baking and on veggies, or crackers. but not anymore

I am all for being healthy and a conscientious shopper but this product was horrible on all levels. I will try Country Crock or Land O' Lakes since my friends find these products taste great and are reasonably priced.
