I just finished installing my lock. Pretty easy to install and set up. Looks so beautiful and functions as described. I love it this smart lock!
Excellent! This is the one i have been looking for. Fingerprints allow fast access, and the reading errors are very small compared to previous digital locks i have tried. (Kids fingerprints tend to be forgotten though) It has a USB port outside, which is a must for me. The codes will work for temporary access. The key hole was not hidden so using the key is not stressful either, which is a plus! The last thing, it is sturdy to use. I really love this digital lock! Highly recommended! (i have all sorts of digital locks installed in my homes, including those with face recognition. this one has only fingerprint reading but this is unbeatable for the price!)

The lock seems really nice. I just got it installed, and I have to say that the customer support was extremely useful during the process. The installation video they provided was a huge help. I watched it carefully before starting the installation because I find pictures more effective than just written instructions.I haven't programmed the lock yet, but I'm not worried at all. This lock is of a considerable size, but in a positive sense. It's both strong and hefty, clearly designed to endure extensive use. We installed it on an interior door, so I can't really provide an assessment regarding its performance when exposed to external elements.The setup process is quite straightforward. In fact, I didn't even need to refer to the manual. A great deal of consideration has evidently gone into its design to ensure it's as user-friendly and error-proof as possible.The accompanying app offers a plethora of functions considering the price. It comes with two keys, two tags, and also provides the option to add a key fob and gateway for remote access to the lock. All in all, it's remarkably versatile given its price point.
This lock is total waste of money. I need help from walmart or the seller but no help yet. Please do not buy this.
