Excellent! This is the one i have been looking for. Fingerprints allow fast access, and the reading errors are very small compared to previous digital locks i have tried. (Kids fingerprints tend to be forgotten though) It has a USB port outside, which is a must for me. The codes will work for temporary access. The key hole was not hidden so using the key is not stressful either, which is a plus! The last thing, it is sturdy to use. I really love this digital lock! Highly recommended! (i have all sorts of digital locks installed in my homes, including those with face recognition. this one has only fingerprint reading but this is unbeatable for the price!)

Alright, so I purchased this product for my office store. And I must say it's truly amazing. One of the main reasons we opted for it is that it doesn't demand a subscription. They clearly state that no subscription is needed, which is a huge plus for us.

I'm quite fond of it. Whenever someone locks or unlocks the door, I receive notifications on my phone. This way, I can easily tell if the door has been left unlocked and then lock it remotely. However, my only complaint about it is that instead of having to type in the code to lock the door when going out, they really should have installed a button on the outside.

Since I have two teenagers who are constantly coming and going, keys were always getting lost. There were numerous occasions when I'd walk out of my door, only to realize that it had locked behind me and I didn't have my keys with me. Each time this happened, the locksmith would charge me $80.00 just to unlock the door. However, with my new lock, I no longer have to worry about such situations or bear that additional expense. Considering its price, I really can't find much to complain about. It would be absolutely perfect if they could incorporate wifi compatibility without the need for an additional bridge. There are numerous ways to gain entry, such as using keys, entering a passcode, accessing it through an app via bluetooth, and even with RFID technology.

I purchased three of these for my rental unit. The installation process was quite easy, but when it comes to using them, it's not that straightforward. Sometimes I find myself having to enter the numbers several times since the correct ones don't seem to get registered properly.

This lock is total waste of money. I need help from walmart or the seller but no help yet. Please do not buy this.

Wouldn't connect to WiFi

It was extremely disappointing. When we were in the process of setting up the door handle, we attempted to screw the specific screw that was supposed to go into the door, but it just wouldn't fit. Later, we discovered that we actually had to thread it in order to make its diameter larger. I'm really let down by this whole situation. And unfortunately, I can't return it because I purchased it back in February and only got around to trying to set it up now.
