Great lock. Not too hard to set up. Could be easier to add multiple users. Directions are not very clear on that aspect. But single users are simple to set up.

New form of Security! I can turn it off and on even if I'm not home and I know who's been in and who can't get in. I love it! Everyone should have one! When I get my home, I'm gonna have those installed in every door.

Great overall , except Fingerprint kept saying error after multiple attempts. Had to use my phone to unlock the doorknob. This need improvement for fingerprint errors.

I love the doorknob. It was very easy to assemble. The app was easy to navigate. My only issue is the other side of the doorknob where you have the manual lock not the fingerprint, it's upside down. so when it's locked based on the icons on the doorknob it says that it's unlocked. when it's unlocked based on the icons on the doorknob it says that it's locked. That's the only flaw other than that it's a great door knob!!

Short charger cord. Charging port on business end up door knob, so door must be open to charge.

every time we try to program it just wouldn't work

You have to put your finger 2 or 3 times before it actually opens. It takes a while because you need to give it like 5 seconds before it “locks” so you can try again

Have been trying to program the doorknobs to no avail. Product came without any instructions and the programing website does not allow me to create an account. Unable to use.

Door knob once I took out the main latch it doesnt stay stuck in again and door knob will slip out. Totally flimsy material for the locking door knob wouldnt buy again.

Didn't come with manual just box no label no install instructions
