Been using smart cookies since Oct 2017 and have lost 25 lbs. Amazed at flavor profile and how it satisfies!!
This isn't a sweet cookie or a salty/sweet bar. It is made with organic ingredients and to be eaten every two hours to keep hunger at bay, and to keep your blood sugar regulated - and it does. I work 10 hour shifts and eat the product every 2 hours. I am not sluggish or hungry. The chocolate is one of the best cookies in their line.
I think I have tried every kind of diet out there and to be completely honest, this one works for me. The cookies taste wonderful once heated up for about 7 seconds and since you are eating one every 2 hours, I have not had any hunger pains...YAY! On other diets where I've tried replacing meals with shakes, I'm always hungry in about 30 minutes, but not with these cookies. To me they are more like little cakes than a cookie. In just 3 days I've lost 4 lbs, am sleeping better and just feel overall lighter. I know that most of this contributes to only eating about 1200 calories a day, but that's what your supposed to do when dieting. My problem was shakes and salads don't fill me up, but whatever are in these little things seem to do the trick! Oh and you still get to eat real food for dinner, about 600-700 calories, which gives you that little break from them so you don't get burned out eating them all the time. I would highly recommend these if you're looking to drop some weight without starving. As far as price, Sam's has the best price and at just $5.25 a day for breakfast, lunch and 4 snacks, I'd say that's a deal!
Love the taste. Just got them but didn't start the diet yet. Couldn't wait to try one, so glad they are tasty
I eat the cookie for a quick lunch and snack to get me thru the work day. It is filling and curbs my appetite. I love that it has organic ingredients.
Just started with these but after a few days I can say I was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Heated up for ten seconds in the microwave and these are by far the best tasting diet bar thing I've ever had. Works for the two hours so I can see why you lose weight if you stick with it. Just ordered my second box.
These are pretty good, not bad for what they are. More like a mini brownie than a cookie. Definitely follow directions and heat before eating. They are better that way. I thought the cost, especially with shipping, was a little high. But compared to the cost of other diet foods/programs, it's very reasonable.
These taste pretty good but are a bit dry. I always drink a glass of water when I eat one.
Not good flavor more texture for my taste
Cookies were returned, hard to swallow even with water or juice, tasted like had a mouth full sand.
