Good toy for budding Entomologists!
This is a great concept! For children that already have an interest in bugs, this is a great toy for securely observing them temporarily. Just don't leave them in there, all of the bugs will die! As far as construction, I did have to re-enforce the joints with strong tape to keep them in place. The toy would not stay together without the tape,

Cutest thing I've ever seen!
Got this as a group Christmas gift for my 5 children. They range in age from 6yrs to 13yrs and love collecting bugs so my hubby and I thought this would be perfect. It is smaller than expected and he had to help put it together for them, (the pieces didn't want to fit right at first), but overall a good buy for the money. The kids have already put it to use.

Cute n different
smaller than expected but the kids enjoyed it bc it has the rock wall slide etc for the bugs. its even good for small lizards and my kids are having fun watching them crawl around. so this bug playground is more interesting then a regular cage.

It's an OK kit for the price.
It's an OK bug collection kit. The drawbacks are that it didn't come assembled and it easily comes apart and it is smaller than the picture on box makes it out to be, so if your kid is running around with it collecting bugs and if they are not carful it will come apart. It's best to superglue it together in my opinion.

Over all, apreancce it looked great on the computer screen. When I recv. it, it felt light. I wrapped it and took it to my neighbor's little girl who collects bugs. She opened it and it and started putting it together. It turned out to be, was about a 4x4 inch squared of nothing. It was so disapointing to see what you thought she was getting on the package to the cracker jack prize of nothing inside. Very disappointed. For me buyer beware
