I liked the silver finish, it was easy to install. After dowloading the app it was easy to pair it and add finger print unlock and codes. It was a good buy not too expensive for all the features it comes with. Very high tech door lock even has a card unlock to carry in purse or key chain, qualifies as smart home item I will be ordering a second one soon.

They delivered it to the wrong house and now it's going to take 10 working days to refund my money. It only took seconds for them to take my money, but to give it back due to your mess up, it'll take 10 working days to give it back. Terrible customer service

there is no locking without using keypad. to use a key, you need to remove tab. had I installed this prior to the refund window, I would have returned this.

I can use my fingerprint, ekeys, physical keys, and my phone to unlock doors. I can set up keys to work at specific times. I love it❤️

This lock surpassed all my expectations ! By far the best Digital lock I ever purchased. I used it to replace a Yale digital lock of poor performance

Fingerprints doesn't work that good and door makes funny noise when it opens and close

no instructions to tell you what app to install or how to program the lock

i ordered the wrong product and needed a deadbolt not a whole handle

great so far took all of fingerprints except mine.im 80 and tried all 10 fingers

Hands down for quick service
