excellent choice
This was a fantastic little gadget for my mom after a mile stroke. She was concerned with falling and the fall detection on this device was fantastic.

The Smart Med Alert is just as advertised. Slim, lightweight, inconspicuous under clothes. Signing up for service is easy and the peace of mind knowing all I have to do is push the button for help is invaluable. You test the unit once a month with a live agent. There is something that I'm disappointed with, and that is: if you want the 'fall detection' as part of your service it's $10 extra a month.

Comfort and peace for my Grandma.
I bought it for my grandma, we have never felt more comfortable leaving her home alone and allowing her to do the things she loves. Highly recommend!!

The necklace was easy to set up. The company is great about sending messages. It is kinda sensitive and sometimes alerts when no fall has happened. Kinda of expensive each month.

Costly and Complicated
This alert costs 35.00 a month plus you pay 55.00 for the pendant. It's a complicated process to get registered. I'll just call 911. This is way more than I bargained for and it's going to be difficult to return through Walmart Market Place
