The tenderloins are tasty. Make sure to follow instructions on heating, stirring, heating more, stirring again, and let sit, so the mashed potatoes will thicken; else, they'll be soupy. Not quite enough for a filling meal, so I have to add something to the meal, like bread, celery sticks, baby carrots, etc. This makes a good base for a meal. Wish Walmart carried more of the Smart One varieties. This one is a good choice if on Weight Watchers, or just dieting on your own.
I was looking for something like this through a list of other items some have soy or other garbage ingredients and this has amazing taste and a dexent amount, I pop the 2 sides out onto a baking tray for the convection oven and cook it up
I waited to review the Smart Ones turkey dinner compared to Stoffers. No comparison! This dinner actually contained delicious meat and gravy, as in the photo. It was tasty, unlike their competitor. Stoffers contained less than 2 oz. of meat and the gravy was soaked up by all the soggy stuffing which was the majority of the dinner. HORRIBLE! So, I will buy the Smart Ones dinner for when I don't feel like cooking. I always prepare a small salad and a vegetable to complete my meal.
Not a Thanksgiving meal, but the turkey and mashed potatoes are very tasty. Would be better with a stuffing addition and larger portions. Still worth the price paid and will continue to purchase.
It's real turkey not processed %26 formed. The garlic mashed potatoes are SAD. Flavor is good but they're too soupy. Portion size is tiny but price is good.
Turkey and gravy good. Instead of mashed potatoes there was some nasty white slurry that tasted like the corn starch and water you use to thicken up sauces. NASTY!
It's like they added water to the meal to make it weigh more to seem like more “value.” It's more like soup… the “mashed” potatoes are more liquid that potato soup…. The turkey is okay but ends up like it's boiled in “gravy” water.. I bought multiples at the same time… it's so hard to get the liquid out
Potatoes were extremely soft and runny. Flavor was poor. Turkey and gravy were just average. Above average, I'd be willing to try them again. But at the level of quality of this particular dinner, I will not buy it again.
The overall taste wasn't good but omg the potatoes!! They had a gross smell and tasted like they smelled! I definitely do not recommend and will never buy again. Ugh.
I like almost all frozen meals; im not expecting a culinary masterpiece here. This turkey/mashed potatoes meal is BAD. i tried adding salt and garlic/onion powders to the mashd potatoes, but nothing could liven this up. I never ever throw away food, but this meal is going in the trash. im glad i ate this at home innstead of skinking up the teacher's lounge with this.
