Very light, quick and easy to set up online (5-10 min) %26 NO extra cost once u purchase it, to set up. Gives u Peace of mind knowing if ur Fur Baby gets lost /found all's someone has to do is: Open their Camera App, Scan or Tap (nfc) Tag %26 Up Pops a Screen W/Button 2 Call the Owner. Very well worth it, I think. No compensation for my review. I just honestly want all dog owners to be able to find there lost fur babies if need be, because thats a horrible feeling.

So far, so good. My dog is chipped too. Hopefully, I won't have to use the service, however, it gives me an added security.

Ease of mind knowing I can put information on the tag

This is a very good and useful concept, but not durable. After my pet had worn this tag on her collar for about 3 days I noticed that the tag was chewed up. Very disappointed as I was hoping this tag would help my pup be returned home quickly in case she got lost.

pretty cool idea however the way that it was designed it's somehow fell off the very first day and I have no idea where it is. we didn't even really get to try it out because it's gone.

This is only my opinion but I found the tag to be misleading. I thought I was purchasing a dog tag and after receiving it I was supposed to scan it and set up all of my dogs important information and mine in the event my fur baby got lost. It's an awesome concept but I didn't realize that I would have to create a whole account/profile and give out credit card information to pay for an ongoing subscription. I did not use the dog tag because of this and instead I initiated a return. Also didn't come with any instructions so I had to google what to do with it- So that also occurred to me that if my lost pet ended up in the hands of a elderly person they may also be confused about what to do with the tag. Great idea, tag seems nicely made but it's not for everyone.

Where to begin? I ordered 3 in total. 2 at the same time and one the next day. All suppose to arrive within the next day. Didn't happen. I got the first 2 like 3 days later and the 3rd one still isn't here and is delayed somewhere. It seems easy enough to set these up with your info and get them registered with the coinciding QR code. That is NOT the case. I set the first one up and there wasn't a lot of info to enter. No pet info, no owner info other than a phone number. After I finished registering the first one I thought I would scan it to see what it looked like when someone found my pet. It errors out. How frustrating! I started a return for the second one without even opening it cause this is NOT what I wanted. I wanted something dependable and easy for someone that finds my pet to be able to just scan and it at the very least gave it my contact info. The next day the seller reached out and said they can help me with “finishing registering” my tag. Um. Okay let's do that. So every communication was through email. They said they will just do it for me (like this so my first time using a QR code device or something) so I thought, sure, do that. It was so time consuming to send the email, wait for the response, send the info, wait for another response. I felt like I was living back in 1999 and people only sent info through emails again 🤣🤣. Not worth the hoops I had to jump through to get it to maybe work. No photos of my pet, not a lot of info available. No thanks. My suggestion is go to dynotag.com and get the tag for $24.95 that looks like the purina dog logo. It has a ton of info available about your pet as well as pets you upload photos of the owner for proof of ownership . Yes it's more $ but it is super easy to set up and also scan as someone that finds your pet. This is a joke of a product and not worth the $10 I wasted on it and the time I'm wasting returning it to the store 🙄
