This had the rubber flap and the mounting kit as well. Easy assembly and easy installation.

Mud/stone guard
Sipped in timely manor. But package was not sealed well. Lost some of the bolts, washers and nuts for the mudflap/stone guard. Had to buy replacements.

Came open boxed
Item must of been used or opened then returned. Bolt bags were empty and dumped into single bag. Then put on ziploc.
