Great way to get babies upright %26 discovering what their feet are meant for. First intro they'll discover the toys on the tray. After a while, they'll be able to push backwards. Before long they'll be in all directions. The walker requires some assembly for the seat. Learning to raise, lower %26 adjust height is not hard at all, follow enclosed instructions. Wheels run smoothly on carpet %26 any hard, smooth surface. My 1-year-old grand even gets around easily on a wooden boarded porch that has gaps %26 is slightly uneven. A lot of fun when my 4yo Grand pushes the baby up %26 down the hallway like a speed racer! Clean up is mostly with just a damp wipe. If necessary, the seat can be removed %26 placed in the washer where I'd use delicate %26 hang to dry or a warm dryer. Walker makes a great gift. Also a must have for all day babysitting as it helps to keep baby busy while safe from most hazards. Of course if there's steps, installing a gate is a must. I recommend to anyone.
I like it for the colors and cuteness the cup holder, and toys. if the seat had a little seat belt supprt on it would be nice for the younger starters. Easy assembly. putting on the toys was a little tricky at first but i figured it out. I didnt need to read instructions.
It comes assembled except for the bottom wheels. Took 5 minutes. The attachments toys are super good they are perfect he reaches them sitting down so it's a great way to distract him. His feet touch the bottom on the last level so he practices standing a lot! Super great enrichment and now I can have him distracted for a good half hour while I do something!
Easy to put together. Very safe and loved the feature that stops it from going down steps. My nephew is learning to walk and this helped him with his confidence with that. Toys colorful enough to keep interested. Created a safe place for him while he was able to maneuver around.
I love this walker and my baby does too! it has cute vibrant toys to keep your little one entertained. the material used is great doesn't feel cheap at all it's very sturdy Assembly is very easy nothing complicated took me less than 5 minutes to get out and get it set up. It's very cute and it's easy to put it away. would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable and cute walker.
The Smart Trends activity walker is a solid choice if your looking for a no frills design that works very well. The build quality is almost all plastic but it feels solid with good rollers and adjustability to go from low to high as your child grows. It is extremely easy to assemble out of the box and is also easy to to clean/maintain because of the design. The seat is soft and the toy attachments are smooth with no rough edges. Overall, this is a quality walker at a very good price point.
Perfect for smaller baby ( 4mo ) even for babies that aren't strong sitters yet, I used a baby neck pillow around the baby's waist to secure from falling forward on the tray but this is small enough to allow baby an alternative to laying down all the time and helps strengthen core, back and neck muscles . Baby loves it! Now at 7mo it's a good alternative to high chair feeding as well.
My son loves the walker. Hip safe! Toys are cute. The reason for 4 ⭐️ is because you can not remove the fabric part to wash, without taking out screws. The screws are set in plastic. Do this to many times and it won't go back together. Otherwise, yes I recommend it.
There is no way a baby can “walk” in this device. They are in a seated position making their legs unable to touch the ground, and my baby is 94th percentile in height so the height is not the issue. This was a poor design. The only thing I can use this “walker” for is for her to sit and play with toys on the tray.
My daughter is 8 mo old and 27.5 inches tall. We bought this because she is always trying to stand unassisted and really wants to move. Even on the lowest setting, her big toe barely touched the ground. At this rate, she will be walking on her own before shes even tall enough to fit in that thing. It also has a deep seat in it so it doesn't encourage stand up either. It is NOT inclusive in size Because the seat is so deep, the leg hole are tight in the legs when they do stand up.
