To be candid, my father passed away before he had the chance to use it. I will say that I purchased this as an alternative to the well known name brand, in an attempt to save money. The product came on time, nicely packaged, and looked to be a quality product. My only complaint is that even though the product remained in its original packaging, I was not able to return it for a full refund. It didn't state that anywhere on the website that I could find.

Works perfect! Doesn't leak , fits my father in law just right , flows through the tubes good as long as you don't have them all tangled up , only thing is doesn't stay charged for long.

the description didn't specify that the item only works for bedridden persons. it doesn't work for wheelchair patients and the straps are way to small it should be velcro closure so it can be adjusted.

it would not fit around his waste, i went to return it and found out that i could not, so was not happy about that....it would not fit around his waste, so it was a waste of money for 90 dollars....very disappointed. disappointed is not the word to use angry is the word to use since i cant get my money back

The moisture sensor always senses moisture and the pump won't turn off the first one they sent me lasted 3 days the second one 5 days now I'm fighting with them for a refund

Did not meet expectations, poor design and quality, will not get a refund or replacement of product. Do nit purchase this item. It is nit worth the trouble.

This product did not work. Well at all. We had trouble have it drain properly. Ran back on the bed.

Kept coming off during the night and wouldn't fully charge.

It's horrible lasted a week before it died
