even after fully charged, system did not track steps and I was required to pay an additional $40 to get my reports. battery life was less than three hours of regular usage, no alexa, alarms, phone, etc. Impossible to reach customer service for refund on the $40 subscription. complete waste of money. **none of this was the fault of Walmart**

I'll be returning mine because it is inaccurate counting steps, you have to tap an icon on the menu six, seven, eight times before it finally responds. Very disappointing.
