its nearly impossible - and I have a phone company that I run - so when I say its nearly impossible to get this phone to function as a phone. It will only take a 2g sim card and who makes 2 g sim cards, no one!!! and it doesnt allow you to bluetooth it to your phone. I couldnt get the phone to work as a phone. So basicallly just a birthday toy for my son when it was supposed to be a phone for him for his birthday like he wanted. Very disappointing and I went through all the phones that wal mart offered.

Purchased it for my granddaughter for her birthday. She loved it. It was really cute but didn't last. She had it for less than a week, and the screen would not come on. Had to return it. looking for another one.
