SmartDoor™ Electronic SmartKey

We love the smart door. It gives us the ability to not have to rush home or jump up everytime our dog wants to go out. We are very happy with the security of it. Only she can open the door so nothing else can come in and the cat cannot get out. Would definitely recommend !!!!!

We bought an extra to go with the automatic door. We have 3 dogs and the door with the collar works wonderful. This set up allows our little dog to go from the house to outside without the 2 bigger dogs getting in the house we hen we are not home. We were worried that the big dog would just follow the little dog though. We got the big door. Because the door is hard plastic it swings back and forth a little so it stops the bigger dog with the swing motion and then locks. Highly recommend door system.

This key for our doggie door is a life saver. My babies can go in and out safely, we can fee safe and it causes a loud noise when the door unlocks and locks so I know when they go in and out. It's very dependable and safe. Thank you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

We ordered 3 and have used them and seem to work well. It was easy to order and program each one also. It was nice that each fob came with a battery too. Thank you!

The door is ok. I love having the conveince for my fur babies. It is a bit difficult for them to learn because of the timing when it locks verses opening. I wish it were faster so the dogs can learn better. Also the mechanical piece that goes on their collar is fine for big dogs but it looks like a huge necklace in my little one. It would be nice to have different sizes.

This is my second smart key for the smart door. The first one would not hold the battery. I replaced the battery several times until I looked at the smart key and it had a small crack where you twist the battery on. So I bought a second smart key and three days later found the battery in the driveway. When I looked at the smart key there was no crack so I twisted the battery back on and taped it with electrical tape. It has only been a couple days since then so I am hoping that works. I am upset I keep having problems with this for the amount I paid for the whole system. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Stopped working after about a week. Not sure if it's the door or the batteries but it's either locked or unlocked now. It worked at first but now the doors automatic function isn't working with the battery.

The battery constantly falls out of the smartkey, making it useless. There have been complaints and bad reviews for YEARS...yet the company ignores all the complaints with no redesign of product. and replying to reviews that it is not a common issue.

i have no idea if it works or not because the battery fell out immediately and is lost somewhere in my yard or house or neighborhood. perhaps the battery part should be more secure?

These key tags came already opened and chewed up and the packaging was covered in a sticky syrup. They didn't even have the key rings that were supposed to come with each unit. Very disappointed WALMART!!
