Wonderful item
I bought this for my elderly Mom who has heart problems and needs to weigh daily due to retaining fluid on her heart. She also is blind and I'm so glad there is a talking scale she can use.

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SMARTHEART TALKING SCALE. I WISHED I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED IT SOONER! THE AUDIO VOICE IS VERY CLEAR AND THE VOLUME JUST RIGHT. I"M SURE OF ITS ACCURACY IN WEIGHT MEASUREMENT. GOOD CHOICE--GO FOR IT!!

WASTE OF MONEY
I have had this scale for 6 months and now it doesn't work after I had to replace with brand new batteries, I tried other new batteries, I tried everything they said to try and nothing has happened. This is a waste of money.

bought it for a sight impaired person. The talking feature was disappointing.it whispers and you can't hear it when you use it
