The liner arrived very quickly. I think two days after I placed the order the directions were good. The liner went on just the way it should've I believe. Got it filled with water and enjoying the pool. Thank you for your quick service and quality product.
Not only does it look great but the quality is wonderful and the service was above and beyond. I initially bought the wrong size and they gladly exchanged for the right size. The shipping was super fast and my account got credited the day the wrong liner got back to them. Im very impressed by everything!
It's been many years since I last bought a liner for our 18 ft. Round aboveground pool. You guys were very quick in shipping my order. Received everything no damage boxes. I can't wait to install it in late April to early May. Would love to tell you more about that timeline. Thanks.
I bought the liner with cove moulding and a rhino pad. The 25 mil liner seems plenty thick but still will stretch where needed. I did it with no help one step at a time. Tamp the sand down when damp and add the pad.it came out pretty smooth, better than before.I think cove moulding is necessary
My experience so far has been very good. I haven't installed the new liner yet as we are doing it this weekend. I will say this is the second liner I had to buy. I've only had my Pool three years after the first year there was a leak in the sea it was covered under warranty, so they sent me a new one then this year in the exact same spot and directly across from it on the other side of the pool in the same spot, there was another leak in both sea. I paid for a new liner because I wanted a stronger one which I received a 30 gauge and that's what I ordered. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is the last time I have to replace a liner at least for 10 years, but I will say overall my experience has been very good. I will let you know how it goes after this liner has been installed.
I'm very pleased with my pool liner. My pool is a little over 26 years old. I hope with this new liner I get another 20 plus years. I also installed the foam wall and the rhino pad for extra protection because of the age of wall. It has made the pool soft to the touch and automatic pool vacuum glides smoothly across.
The pool liner arrived I believe with in 3 or 4 days from the day I ordered it which was fantastic. My family help install it into our new pool very easily.
Fast delivery was awesome. Quality of material is very nice. The only thing that would have helped, is if the instructions were a little more detailed about centering the liner using the seams. Since it was an oval and not a circle, it has to go in a certain way. The seal on the long side needed to be in the center. I did figure that out. Also, the two seams in the middle I had to figure out too. I thought one was in the center. Actually the center was the middle of the two seams. A diagram would have helped.
It's a great pool. The only reasons that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lower and upper tracks are not protected with resin, and the liner that comes with the pool isn't the best. If I had it to do over, I would upgrade to a J hook liner. This pool must be installed by a professional pool installer.
I normally give good scores but with this liner we had problems. First of all the liner seemed a little bit too big. We had to overlap on part of the walls to take up the extra liner. We have put liners in our pool before and never had a problem like this one in order to get the liner tight against the wall we had to make the waterfall shorter, which looks ridiculous. So I am so very unsatisfied with this product so hopefully they will give me a refund or something to make up for me having to put a pool liner in our pool too big and yes, we have a big outing next weekend so we try to get it done thinking it was gonna work, but it didn't. We made it work. This could be just a mishap in the product being made. I'm not sure. So my rating is going to be a three the pool liner was pretty and I paid $400 for someone to help me put this in and he's helped me before.
