The machine is different from the Brother or Janome brands so I needed one on one training over facetime to learn the new interface. Once that was done Chane helped me get the update to work properly. They were so patient and very knowledgeable with their assistance. I Love This Machine!!
Honestly one of the best investment you can do. The shipping was quick and everything came good. I didn’t knew pretty much anything about embroidery or have ever use a machine even the single needle ones. But with the help of the support team that they provide, I was able to learn pretty quick. I have had the machine for 2 1/2 weeks and already doing good 👍🏼. Good quality and easy to adapt. Best investment I have ever made 💯
